1. How do I be an Empire Sushi’s Loyalty Member?

Be an Empire Sushi’s member checklist:

  1. Must have a smartphone.
  2. Download/install the Empire Sushi’s Mobile App form the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  3. Register as a membership via Email/Facebook account using the Empire Sushi’s Mobile App.
  4. Start collecting My Sushi with every RM18 (including service tax) spent in a single receipt. (RM18 = Get 1 My Sushi)
    *Maximum collect 2 My Sushi stamps per day.
  5. Redeem and enjoy your reward when you complete a tier (3 My Sushi = one Tier).

2. What if I don’t have a smartphone?

Empire Sushi’s Loyalty Member can only be used with the Empire Sushi’s Mobile App.

3. Are the membership valid at all outlet under Empire Sushi Group Sdn Bhd?

No. Membership valid at all Empire Sushi’s Outlet except The Starling Mall outlet (Empire Sushi Premium).

4. Do I have to pay to be a membership?

No. Register as Empire Sushi’s Loyalty Member are FREE. It’s bring reward for our loyalty customer to enjoy FREE sushi!

5. Will membership expire?

No. It is lifetime membership, so does not expire.

6. How does Empire Sushi’s Loyalty Member programme work?

You will collect a My Sushi with every RM18 (including service tax) you spent in a single receipt. **continue refer Question 8
Once complete a Tier (3 My Sushi = 1 Tier), you’ll get a Reward Voucher in your membership account and you’ll be enjoying FREE real sushi!

7. How do I active my Membership Account after register?

Via Email: click “continue with Email”, after registering, you will receiving an email with confirmation link. You need to click the confirmation link to verify your email address. And login your Membership Account using the Empire Sushi Mobile App.

Via Facebook: click “continue with Facebook”, then the Membership Account will automatically link with you Facebook account.

Once you successful login your Membership Account using the Empire Sushi Mobile App, Congratulations! You are Empire Sushi’s Loyalty Member.

8. What is the minimum spending to collect a My Sushi?

Collecting a My Sushi with every RM18 (including service tax) spent in a single receipt.
There are limited of 2 My Sushi collecting per Membership Account, per day.
(example: spent RM100 in a single receipt = collect 2 My Sushi)

9. How do I collect “My Sushi” stamp?

Show your Member ID or Member QR Code on Empire Sushi’s Mobile App when ordering to collect a My Sushi with spending every RM18 and above in a single receipt.

You will not be entitled to collect My Sushi during or after payment. Late claim is not allowed.

10. How many My Sushi I can collect in a day?

You can only collect maximum 2 My Sushi in a day.
(example: spent RM100 in a single receipt = collect 2 My Sushi)

Each receipt can only redeem by 1 membership account and show your Member ID or Member QR Code on Empire Sushi’s Mobile App when ordering.

11. Can I transfer My Sushi/Reward voucher to my friend’s account?

Cannot. You can’t transfer My Sushi/Reward voucher to another membership account.

12. Can I show screenshot/photo of my Member QR Code to collect My Sushi and redeem a reward?

Cannot. You must present your Member ID/QR Code on Empire Sushi’s Mobile App to collect My Sushi and redeem a reward.

13. Can I use my Membership for a delivery order?

Unfortunately, you can’t. You can only collect My Sushi and redeem a reward for dine-in or takeaway.

14. What rewards can I get as a Member?

Tier 1 (3rd My Sushi) gets you a piece of Grilled Lobster.
Tier 2 (6th My Sushi) gets you a piece of Unagi and Tuna Mayo
Tier 3 (9th My Sushi) gets you a piece of Ebiko, Chuka Idako, Tempura Ebi.
Tier 4 (12th My Sushi) gets you a piece of Grilled Abalone, Inari Lobster and Potato Mayo.

After you have collected the 12th My Sushi you will restart your My Sushi journey from 1st My Sushi while all of your saved Rewards Voucher remain in your Membership Account. Check your account on the Empire Sushi’s Mobile App.

15. How do I redeem the rewards?

When you have collected Tier 1 (3rd My Sushi), it will automatically be converted into Reward Voucher and stored in your Membership Account. Same goes to the Tier 2, 3, and 4 (rewards refer Question 14).

To enjoy the reward, just flash your Member ID or Member QR Code upon order and inform our staff that you would like to redeem the reward, our staff will assist you to get your FREE sushi!
Please does not click “CLAIM THIS NOW” button by yourself. Once the button clicked, the reward will burn directly and cannot to trace back.

16. When I can redeem the reward?

You only can redeem your reward at next purchase while the Reward Voucher is ready in your Membership Account.

17. Can I redeem more than one reward at one time?

Yes. There are not limitation reward claim in a day! The more you Love Empire Sushi, the more FREE sushi (Reward Voucher) you get!

18. Will “My Sushi” expire?

No. My Sushi which are yet to be converted to a Reward Voucher will not expire as long as you are Empire Sushi Loyalty Member.

19. Will Rewards Voucher expire?

Yes. Rewards Voucher must be redeemed within 90 days of the reward being converted from My Sushi. Besides that, the expiring date will status on the Reward Voucher.

20. How can I check My Sushi and Rewards collection?

You can check all in your Membership Account “Reward” on Empire Sushi’s Mobile App!

21. Can I get any birthday reward?

Yes. Empire Sushi Loyalty Member can enjoy 20% OFF during birthday month (one-time use).

During your birthday month the “Birthday Voucher” will automatic credit into your Membership Account “Reward” on Empire Sushi’s Mobile App.

*Birthday Voucher must be redeemed within the month of birthday. Besides that, the expiring date will status on the Birthday Voucher.

22. What do I do when I didn’t receive a My Sushi/Reward Voucher?

It’s may due to internet connection. Make sure your internet connection on your mobile phone is stable. Then, close the app and open again.

23. What do I do when I didn’t receive a My Sushi/Reward Voucher after 24 hours?
